Turtledoves Máscara de Ferro is one of the most tamer of all turtledoves, which makes it one of the most sought species by enthusiasts.
A calm and sociable species, of easy domestication, cohabits amicably with small birds. Do not get along with humidity, being extremely appreciative of the sun and heat, so it would take some care during the winter. We recommend that you do not join it with other species of turtledoves and, preferably, that there are always at least two pairs of this species at the pond.
